MILAN CAP RE has acquired 43 Station Hotel: the advisors involved

MILAN CAP RE, a company based in Rome, already active and present in the hotel sector, has purchased the entire capital of the 43 Station Hotel company, owner of the historic hotel founded in 1949 located in Milan, Via Filzi, recently renovated.

The lawyer Carmelo Piraino, together with the firm of Dr. Alessandro Andreucci, accountant, assisted the company MILANO CAP RE.
The sellers were assisted by the international law firm Gianni & Origoni with a team coordinated by partners Maria Grazia Lanero and Gianfranco Toscano for contractual and real estate aspects.
The operation confirms the interest of investors in the hotel sector and the attractiveness of the Milan market
