Where

Our field of action is where our customers are located, in Europe and mainly in France and Italy.

Our culture, knowledge of the language, urban planning rules, the market, economic actors, allow us to respond quickly and professionally to the needs of our customers.

In France, we are present in Paris and in the Ile de France region, a region with 12 million inhabitants, 700 billion of related industries (32% of the country's economy), 54 million m² of real estate.

We also operate in the main cities of the country: Lyon, Bordeaux, Marseille, Nice, Montpellier, Toulouse, Lille, Nantes, etc...

In Italy we are directly present in Milan, Rome and Padua.

Our network of accredited consultants covers the whole national territory, mainly the cities and the most dynamic areas of Central-Northern Italy.

According to our intervention we are capable of involving a team of technical, legal and financial consultants with experience and competence in the different contexts required by the project.

In Italy the reference legislation and urban planning rules change considerably from region to region; for this reason we prefer to rely on local actors, checking their technical and financial skills.
