FEES and EXPENSES

In accordance with present legislation, SATOR SAS France (trade name SATOR Real Estate) communicates hereunder its fee schedule:


    a) Sales

    Amount of sales Fees:

    1. From 0 to 20 million Euros excluding VAT : 5% excluding VAT of the amount of the sale
    2. From more than 20 million to 50 million Euros excl. VAT: 4% excl. VAT of the amount of the sale
    3. From more than 50 million to 100 million Euros excl. VAT: 3% excl. VAT of the amount of the sale
    4. From more than 100 million to 200 million Euros excl. VAT: 2% excl. VAT of the amount of the sale
    5. From more than 200 million to 500 million Euros excl. VAT: 1% excl. VAT of the amount of the sale
    6. Above 500 million Euros excluding VAT : 0,5% excluding VAT of the amount of the sale

    These fees are the responsibility of the seller or the buyer and may be increased, if necessary, by contractually fixed performance fees.


    b) Rentals

    30% of the annual rent excluding taxes and charges.
    These fees are to be shared between the lessor and the lessee if necessary and may be increased, if necessary, by contractually fixed performance fees.


    c) Consulting services (daily rate based on 8 hours)

    1. Junior 1,200 Euros excluding tax
    2. Senior 1,500 Euros excluding tax
    3. Deputy Director 2,000 Euros excluding tax
    4. Director 3,000 Euros excluding tax

    Or fees set on a flat-rate basis on a case-by-case according to specific contracts


    d) Costs

    Independently of the fees, the client undertakes to reimburse SATOR SAS France, as and when required on presentation of supporting documents, the costs incurred with a view to carrying out its assignments (in particular advertising actions of any kind, marketing costs, trips costs (including travel, catering and accommodation costs) and costs for setting up a data-room.

    Costs and fees are increased by VAT at the rate in force.
